It changed beliefs, altered systems and redefined faith and this happened not only for the economies of the world but also for the people of the world.
At Unesta we focus on India and Indian Real Estate. We firmly believe that change gives rise to opportunities and 2012 was indeed an opportune year. On one hand, the world saw the demise of the western business practices, on the other, despite its lows; the world witnessed the resistance of India with its strong domestic demand. Indian real estate sector being a by-product of demand, supply and aspirations, managed to score high on the charts. Riding on this wave, we at Unesta kick started our year with a series of presentations and seminars all over the UK including Harrow, Leicester, Cardiff, Kent and Liverpool touching base with the NRI investors keen on owning a piece of their homeland..
As the great Henry Luce once said” Business, more than any other occupation, is a continual dealing with the future; it is a continual calculation, an instinctive exercise in foresight.” This year we laid the foundation of our future business. We explored new territories and stamped our presence in the East African Market, Kenya. We launched the first ever property show organised by Unesta under our URealty banner.
The India URealty Show hosted in Oct,2012 in Wembley, London was well received by our clients and the Developer community. Infact, in its year of inception itself the Indian URealty Show has become synonymous with knowledge and integrity. The Seminars/ lecture on vital issues surrounding Indian Real Estate were a unique effort and are still being remembered by a lot of participants and attendees alike. The interviews and feedback from the people involved are testimonials to the work and effort the Unesta team had put in to reach new realms of success.
Last but not the least, our Real Estate Publication - URealty Magazine 2012, in its second edition this year, covered the entire length and breadth of the humongous country and the wide spread nature of the real estate Industry and investments.
